Development
- Ready or adjusted library formula: free. Change the actives, texture, scent or free-from list with no development fee.
- Match an existing product USD 199, fully custom USD 399. Both include your first lab samples and are credited against your first production order of that formula.
- 3 revision rounds are included with every formula. From the 4th, USD 99 per revision, not credited.
Samples
- Ready formulas: the sample box. USD 129 for 1 product type with up to 3 formulas, USD 179 with up to 5. Each extra product type adds USD 50 or USD 70. Courier included.
- Match or custom formula: your first lab samples are covered by the development fee.
- Samples ship in about 2 weeks, and the full box price is credited against your first production order.
Packaging
- Stock containers are in the unit price, with a one-color label. Boxes never are, and no box is fine.
- Custom container sourcing USD 199, box sourcing USD 149. Each covers up to 2 products and is credited. The container or box itself is quoted per unit.
- Each product beyond 2 is USD 99, and another set of options is USD 99. Neither is credited.
- No design services. You send print-ready artwork. We send the dieline and print specs, and check your files.
Example: 3 products in custom bottles: USD 199 (credited) + USD 99 (not credited). 2 serums in the same custom bottle style: one USD 199 fee.
Tests and documents
- Included with production: INCI list, COA for each batch, SDS, microbiology results and export documents. Ready library formulas are already stability tested.
- Optional, not credited: challenge (preservative efficacy) test and vegan test or certification from USD 500 per formula, clinical or efficacy tests from USD 500 per test.
- EU: PIF and CPSR through our partner, about USD 490 per product. CPNP (EU) and MoCRA (US) are quoted per product and market.

Same on every route: single-dose sachets 3,000, sunscreen, multi balm sticks and modeling and clay masks 5,000, hydrogel masks, eye patches and lip products 10,000. Units per product, and each product keeps its own minimum.
Payment and timeline
- Production orders: 50% deposit when you order, 50% before shipment, by bank transfer in USD or KRW. Never full payment before you approve a pre-production sample.
- Sample boxes and fees (development, extra revisions, sourcing) are paid by PayPal, and a card through PayPal works too.
- Prices are FOB Incheon. Freight is quoted separately.
Samples take about 2 weeks. Production takes about 4 to 5 weeks after you approve the sample with a ready or adjusted formula, and 4 to 6 weeks with a custom formula.

Questions about fees
Is the development fee refundable?
No. It pays for the lab work and your first lab samples, so it is not refunded if you decide not to go ahead. When you order, the full fee comes off your first production order of that formula. A sample box is refunded in full only if we have not shipped it yet.
What is not credited?
Extra revisions from the 4th round, USD 99 for each product beyond 2 in a sourcing fee, another set of container or box options, tests and certifications, the PIF and CPSR, market registrations and freight.
How is a credit taken off?
On the invoice of your first production order of that product. Quote your sample box or project reference, or use the same email, and we take the full amount off.
Does one sourcing fee cover several products?
Yes, up to 2. Two serums in the same custom bottle style pay one USD 199 fee. A third product adds USD 99, which is not credited. Box sourcing works the same way, from USD 149.
Can I order fewer than the minimum?
No, quantities below the minimum are not offered. A ready formula has the lowest minimum, from 500 units. To try formulas first, start with the sample box, credited against your first order.
Who designs the label?
You or your designer. We do not offer design services. We send the dieline and print specs (CMYK, 300 dpi, outlined fonts, 2 mm bleed, safe zone), check your files and print.
Why are unit prices not on this page?
They depend on the formula, container, decoration and quantity, so we quote them per project. Your written quote arrives within 1 to 2 business days.
