What is the minimum order?
With a ready library formula: 500 units for serums, ampoules, essences, creams, eye creams, face oils, cleansing oils and sleeping masks, 1,000 for toners, mists, lotions, cleansers, body lotions and creams, body washes, scrubs, hand creams, shampoos and scalp serums, 3,000 for single-dose sachets, 5,000 for modeling and clay masks, 10,000 for sunscreen, lip care, hydrogel masks and eye patches, and 10,000 for sheet masks. An adjusted library formula starts at 1,000 units, or 1,500 where the ready minimum is 1,000, and a fully custom formula at 2,000. To try library formulas first, start with the USD 129 sample box, credited against a first order placed within 6 months.
How much does a product cost?
At 1,000 units, filled unit costs start from about $2.69 for a cleanser and $2.89 for a toner. The final price depends on your requirements: formula, container, decoration and quantity, each listed separately in your written quote.
What does packaging cost?
A stock container and a one-color label printed from your artwork are in the unit price. We source a custom container for USD 199 and a custom-shape box for USD 149, each covering up to 2 products and credited against your first production order placed within 6 months. Boxes are optional and never in the unit price. We do not design: you or your designer send print-ready artwork.
What is the total lead time?
Samples take about 2 weeks to make, then 5 to 10 days by air. After you approve the sample, production takes about 4 to 5 weeks with a ready or adjusted formula, or 4 to 6 weeks with a custom formula. Reorders are faster than the first run.
Can you make SPF sunscreen?
Yes. Our library covers SPF 50+ PA++++ creams, milks and gels with chemical, mineral or hybrid filters, from 10,000 units. The SPF on your label is the value tested for your market. In the US sunscreen is an over-the-counter drug, so a US version is quoted case by case. Private label sunscreen.
Can I test samples first?
Yes. Lab samples take about 2 weeks to make from the brief, then 5 to 10 days by air. Library samples come in a USD 129 sample box, credited against a first order placed within 6 months. An adjusted or fully custom formula is USD 399, credited against the first production order of that formula placed within 6 months. Every formula includes 3 revision rounds, then USD 99 per revision.
What are the payment terms?
Production orders are paid by international bank wire in USD or KRW: 50% deposit when you order, 50% before shipment. Sample boxes and fees, such as formula development, extra revisions and packaging sourcing, are paid by PayPal. The sample box, development and sourcing fees are credited against the first order. Each credit applies when your first production order is placed within 6 months of the sample order or fee payment.
Who owns the formula?
A custom formula developed for you is not offered to other brands. Library concentrates are shared bases, but your adjusted version, packaging and label are yours.
Is my project confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request and never show one client's product to another.
