What if I order later?
The USD 49 is credited in full against your first production order. Quote your sample box reference or use the same email, and we take it off the invoice.
Can I change my picks?
Yes, before your box ships. Email inquiry@koreanoem.com with your reference and the new picks.
How is this different from free samples?
Library samples are free for qualified projects once we have your brief and quote. The box skips that step: you pick, pay and we ship. The USD 49 comes back as credit on your first order.
Can I sample a custom formula?
The box covers our ready formulas. A custom formula starts with a free quote, and custom samples carry a small development fee, also credited against your first order.
Where do you ship?
To most countries, by international air courier, included in the price. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 days after your box ships.
What is your refund policy?
Refund in full if we have not shipped yet; contact us.
