Our lab develops the formulas behind our own brand and behind our clients' products. Start from a concentrate we already tested, or brief us on something new. Either way you get the INCI list, the test plan and the same team through production.
Ready concentrates
High-concentration bases we developed, stability tested and already run in production. Pick one, adjust texture, scent and the active level, and sample within two weeks. Percentages below are typical starting points and can move within the safe range for your market.
Tranexamic acid 5%
The base of our own brightening ampoule. Pairs with niacinamide and licorice for tone and post-blemish marks. Serum or ampoule.
Niacinamide 20%
High-level niacinamide with zinc PCA in a light, non-sticky serum. Our pore ampoule runs at 21%.
Peptide and adenosine
Acetyl hexapeptide-8, adenosine and anemarrhena in a glass-sealed ampoule or an airless serum.
PDRN
Sodium DNA from salmon at a meaningful level, with panthenol and beta-glucan. The most requested base of 2026.
Cica and ceramide
Centella extract, madecassoside and ceramide NP in a cream or gel cream for sensitive and post-procedure skin.
Multi-weight hyaluronic
Five molecular weights of HA plus trehalose for a toner, essence or mist that layers without pilling.
Encapsulated retinal
Retinaldehyde 0.05 to 0.1% in a liposome, buffered with squalane and bisabolol for a night cream or serum.
3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid 10%
A stable vitamin C derivative with ferulic acid, in an airless pump so it stays clear.
Heartleaf 70%
Houttuynia cordata extract as the water phase, with allantoin. Toner, mist, gel cleanser or sheet mask.
AHA, BHA and PHA
Glycolic 5%, salicylic 0.5% and gluconolactone in a clarifying toner or pad essence.
Collagen and peptide complex
Hydrolyzed collagen with a five-peptide blend for an eye cream, neck cream or sleeping mask.
Snail, propolis, mugwort, rice

Accelerated stability at elevated temperature, freeze-thaw cycles and light exposure. Reported before production.
Challenge test
Preservative efficacy to ISO 11930 for water-based formulas, required for the EU product information file.
Patch and safety
Human patch test, heavy metals and microbiology. A cosmetic product safety report for the EU and UK.
Claims and SPF
In vitro and in vivo SPF and PA for sunscreens, and efficacy tests only for claims you actually plan to print.
