Korean sheet masks with 20 to 25 mL of essence per sheet, in cupra, tencel or bio-cellulose, sealed in a pouch printed for your brand, from 1,000 masks.
Choose the sheet
- Cupra: very thin and soft, it clings closely and turns almost clear on the skin.
- Tencel: a smooth, breathable fiber made from wood pulp that holds essence well.
- Bio-cellulose: a gel-like sheet with a close fit and a premium feel, at a higher unit cost.

Choose the essence
Most of our serum and essence bases can be adapted for a sheet: hydrating hyaluronic, calming cica, brightening niacinamide or firming peptides. Tell us how skin should feel after 15 minutes and the lab suggests a base.
Pouches and boxes
Each mask is sealed in a printed pouch that keeps the essence fresh. Pouches are printed for each design, which is why the minimum is 1,000 masks. Boxes of 5 or 10 masks are quoted as an option.
Price and minimum order
Private label sheet masks start from $0.55 per mask at 1,000 masks, based on a library essence, a standard sheet and a one-color printed pouch. Bio-cellulose, more essence or a gift box raise the price, and larger runs lower it. The final price depends on your requirements.
Timeline
Samples ship in about two weeks. With a library essence and a standard sheet, finished masks reach you in about 10 weeks from your brief.
