Estimates and quotes
Minimum order quantities and unit cost ranges shown on this site are estimates for planning. A written quote from Idenbrick Co., Ltd. is the only binding offer, and it is valid for the period stated on it.
Samples
Samples are for evaluation only and may not be sold. Development fees, where charged, are stated in advance and credited against the first production order for the same product.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you approve the written quote and the deposit stated on it is received. Production starts after you approve the pre-production sample and artwork. Changes after that point are quoted separately.
Formulas and artwork
Custom formulas developed for you are not offered to other clients. Library formulas remain the property of KoreanOEM, while your adjusted version, brand name, artwork and packaging design belong to you. You confirm that you have the rights to any logo or artwork you supply.
Compliance
We prepare documents and filings as agreed in the quote. Placing a product on a market remains the responsibility of the brand owner or its responsible person, and you agree not to make claims about the product that we have not substantiated.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may close accounts used for spam or abuse.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are settled by the courts of Busan, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly.
