Production orders are paid by international bank wire in USD or KRW: 50% deposit when you order, 50% before shipment. Sample boxes and fees, such as custom development, extra revisions and packaging sourcing, are paid by PayPal. The sample box, development and sourcing fees are credited against the first order. Each credit applies when your first production order is placed within 6 months of the sample order or fee payment.

Production orders, the 50% deposit and the 50% balance, are paid by international bank wire in USD or KRW. Sample boxes, extra revisions, formula development fees and container and box sourcing fees are paid by PayPal, and a card through PayPal works too. We never ask for full prepayment before you approve a pre-production sample.

Yes, and it is the most common way to launch. Each product keeps its own MOQ, but packaging, documents and shipping are shared.

Yes. Library samples take about 2 weeks to make, then 5 to 10 days by air, in our sample box: USD 129 for one product type with up to 3 formulas or USD 179 with up to 5, plus USD 50 or USD 70 for each extra product type, credited against a first order placed within 6 months. Yes. Scent, texture, color, active level and free-from list can all change on a library base. An adjusted formula is USD 399 per SKU, like a fully custom one, with the first lab samples and 3 revision rounds included, credited against your first order placed within 6 months. Then USD 99 per revision.

A custom formula developed for you is not offered to other brands. Library concentrates are shared bases, but your adjusted version, packaging and label are yours.

You always receive the complete INCI list and key active levels. Full percentages are shared under NDA and with a confirmed order, which is standard for Korean OEM.

Yes. Our library covers SPF 50+ PA++++ creams, milks and gels with chemical, mineral or hybrid filters, from 10,000 units. The SPF on your label is the value tested for your market. In the US sunscreen is an over-the-counter drug, so a US version is quoted case by case. Private label sunscreen.

Microbiology on every product, and ready library formulas are already stability tested. Extra tests, for example a challenge test, are from USD 1,000 per formula, only when your brand or market needs them, each listed with its price in the quote. A stock container is. A custom container we source to your taste costs USD 199 for up to 2 products: up to 3 options matched to your reference, samples to Korea and a fit and leak check with your formula. Each extra product is USD 99, and so is another set of options. The container itself is quoted per unit and added to the unit price.

Yes. We source every common container type for you, stock or custom printed, so one quote covers the formula, filling and packaging.

No. Paper boxes are never in the unit price, and going without one is fine. We can source a custom-shape box for USD 149 for up to 2 products, plus USD 99 for each extra product: style options, the dieline, printer quotes, a printed proof check and delivery to our factory. We source it for you, and the artwork comes from you or your designer. The box price per unit and one-time die or plate costs are quoted separately.

Yes. The USD 199 container fee and the USD 149 box fee, each covering up to 2 products, are credited against your first production order placed within 6 months, like the custom formula fees. The USD 99 fees for an extra product or another set of options are not.

Yes, as part of your own print-ready artwork. We print it on the label or container, and on the box if you order one, after a file check.

No. You or your designer make the artwork. We send the dieline and print specs (CMYK, 300 dpi, outlined fonts, 2 mm bleed, safe zone), check the files, including the label basics, and print.

Colors, coatings and decoration are available on stock containers. For a different container, we source options to your reference for USD 199 for up to 2 products and quote the container per unit. New shapes need a custom mold, realistic above 10,000 units.

Recycled PCR plastic, glass, aluminum, refill pouches and FSC paper cartons are available on stock lines. We tell you the lead time and cost difference for each.

Yes. Ship it to our facility in Korea and we fill into it after a compatibility check with the formula.

The EU, UK and US require one. In the US it can be your own company or your importer. For the EU and UK, our team confirms the options per project.

Air for small runs, sea for pallets, EXW, FOB or door to door, through the forwarders we work with, and tracking appears in your account.

Samples take about 2 weeks to make, then 5 to 10 days by air. After you approve the sample, production takes about 4 to 5 weeks with a ready or adjusted formula, or 4 to 6 weeks with a custom formula. Reorders are faster than the first run.

It shows each project's status, your quote, a timeline of notes from your manager and a message box. Status changes are also emailed.
