FDA MoCRA
Product listing and facility registration under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, label review for INCI, net quantity and warnings, and a US responsible person through our Atlanta entity or yours. We filed our own listings in 2026. Sunscreen is an OTC drug in the US and is quoted case by case.
CPNP and the PIF
Cosmetic Product Notification Portal filing, a product information file with the safety report (CPSR), stability and challenge test data, and an EU responsible person arranged through partners if you do not have an EU entity.
SCPN
Submit Cosmetic Product Notification with a UK responsible person, mirroring the EU file so one test set covers both markets.
Cosmetic Notification Form
Health Canada notification within 10 days of first sale, bilingual English and French labels, hotlist ingredient check.
AICIS and TGA
Ingredient introduction under AICIS, and TGA listing for sunscreens above SPF 15.
Cosmetic import notification
Full ingredient labeling in Japanese, quasi-drug review for actives that need it, and an import business partner introduction.
ASEAN cosmetic notification
Thailand FDA, Malaysia NPRA, Singapore HSA, Philippines FDA, Vietnam MOH and Indonesia BPOM notifications, with Halal certification where required.
GCC and Halal
Saudi SFDA and UAE Montaji registration files, Arabic labeling and Halal certification of the formula and filling.
MFDS and KC
Domestic cosmetic responsible seller registration if you sell in Korea, with the MFDS labelling rules applied to your artwork.
