Brief and written quote
Answer the three-question quiz or email a brief. We check feasibility, pick a library base or scope custom development, and send a written estimate that itemizes formula, container, decoration, documents and lead time.

Lab samples
Our lab makes 30 mL samples of the formula, adjusted to your texture, scent and actives. You test, we revise. Up to three rounds are in the plan, most brands sign off on the second.

Packaging, logo and labels
Pick a stock container or approve a custom one. We place your logo, write a label that meets the rules of your market, and send proofs. Boxes, inserts and shipping cartons are planned here too.

Production
Bulk is made, tested and filled on GMP lines in Korea. You approve a pre-production sample first. Progress photos and the batch number appear in your account.

Quality control and documents
Micro, stability and any market-specific tests are completed and reported. We assemble the file your importer and customs broker need: COA, MSDS, INCI, certificate of origin and the certificates you chose.
