Samples and feedback
About 2 weeks to make first samples, then 5 to 10 days by air
Our lab makes 30 mL samples and sends them by courier. Test them on skin for a few days, then tell us what you think of each formula. 3 revision rounds are included, and most brands sign off on the second.

You payA sample box from USD 129, or a development fee of USD 199 per SKU to match an existing product and USD 399 per SKU for an adjusted or custom formula, both credited to your first order. Each credit applies when your first production order is placed within 6 months of the sample order or fee payment. 3 revision rounds are included, then USD 99 per revision.

Artwork and labels
1 to 2 weeks with stock packaging, 4 to 6 weeks custom
You or your designer make the artwork. We never design boxes or labels, but we make sure your files print right.

Before anything is made
Nothing is made until you approve the sample, and production must match it.

50% deposit and production
about 4 to 5 weeks, 4 to 6 custom
Your order is confirmed when you accept the quote and the deposit arrives. We make, fill and pack it on GMP lines in Korea.

- Make, fill and pack your batch, and post progress photos and the batch number.

Quality check of every batch
about 1 week
Every batch (LOT) is tested before it ships and gets its own certificate of analysis. The LOT number and expiry are printed on every unit.

50% balance before shipment
After the quality check
Once your batch passes the quality check, we send the balance invoice. Your order ships after the payment arrives.

Shipping and export documents
5 to 10 days by air, 2 to 3 weeks by sea
By air for small runs and by sea for pallets, with the export documents your importer and customs broker need.

Payments, clear from the start
Production orders are paid by wire transfer only, in USD or KRW. You never pay in full before you approve a pre-production sample.

The 50% deposit and the 50% balance are paid by international bank wire in USD or KRW. Invoices and our bank details appear in your dashboard, with a reference for the transfer memo.
Report your transfer with the date and amount, add the bank receipt if you like, and we confirm when it arrives.
We never ask for full payment before you approve a pre-production sample. Exact terms are in your written quote.
Sample boxes, development fees, extra revisions and packaging sourcing fees are paid by PayPal. A card through PayPal works too.
Formula development fees
A ready formula has no development fee, and every formula includes 3 revision rounds. Adjusted and custom development includes the first lab samples, and the fee is credited in full against your first production order placed within 6 months.
