Sign in to My page with the email you used for your order. The EMS tracking number appears as soon as the samples ship, with a link to follow the parcel.
Where do I find my COA and invoices?
In My page, under the documents of each order: the COA, SDS, proforma and commercial invoices, packing list, certificates and test reports.
How do I sign the NDA?
Sign in with the email you used for your inquiry, confirm your email, open My page and sign the mutual NDA online. You can download the signed PDF.
I cannot see my order in My page. What should I do?
Check that you signed in with the same email address you used for the order and that you confirmed it. If it still does not show, message us from My page or write to inquiry@koreanoem.com.
