Your market decides the formula
Sunscreen is regulated more tightly than other skincare, so we start from where you sell.
- European Union and United Kingdom: sunscreen is a cosmetic. SPF and UVA protection are tested, and the UVA protection must reach at least a third of the SPF to carry the UVA logo.
- United States: sunscreen is an over-the-counter drug. Only FDA-listed UV filters may be used, and several filters common in Korean sunscreens are not on that list, so a US version needs its own formula, testing and Drug Facts label. We quote US sunscreen case by case.
- Australia: sunscreens sold mainly for sun protection are therapeutic goods and need a TGA listing.
- Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia: SPF and PA ratings follow local test methods, and each market keeps its own list of permitted filters.

Private label sunscreen starts from $3.10 per unit at 1,000 units in a 50 mL tube, based on a library formula, a stock container and a one-color label. SPF testing for your market is quoted as its own line. The final price depends on your requirements, and larger runs lower it.
Timeline
Lab samples ship in about two weeks. SPF testing adds weeks to the plan, so start early if you are aiming at summer. We ship worldwide by sea or air with the documents your market needs.
