What we collect
When you request a quote we store the product, quantity, markets and message you enter, plus your name, company, country and email. When you create an account we store your email, name, company, country and a salted hash of your password. Our web host records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
Why we use it
To prepare your quote, run your project, send status updates you asked for, and answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and transactional email is sent through Resend. Both process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Some of your data may therefore be processed outside your country, including in the United States and Korea.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and project records are kept for as long as we work together and up to five years after, to meet accounting and product safety obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to legal retention duties. Email idenbrick@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days.

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
