Toners we make
- Hydrating: multi-weight hyaluronic acid and panthenol, the first layer of a Korean routine.
- Exfoliating: AHA, BHA or PHA at a controlled pH, for daily or weekly use.
- Calming: centella, heartleaf or green tea for sensitive, redness-prone skin.
- Rice and fermented: milky or clear toners in the style of Korean best sellers.
Strength is set by the pH
How an acid toner feels depends on the acid level and the pH together, not on the percentage alone. The lab sets both for the effect you want and checks them against the rules of your market.
Packaging
Stock PET bottles with a disc cap or pump keep the price low. Glass, frosted finishes and custom colors are quoted as options. See packaging and branding.
Price and minimum order
Private label toner starts from $2.10 per unit at 500 units, based on a library formula, a stock bottle and a one-color label. The final price depends on your requirements.
Larger runs cost less per unit: about 20% less at 1,000 units, 35% less at 3,000, 42% less at 5,000 and 50% less at 10,000, against the 500-unit price. Your written quote shows the exact numbers.
Timeline
Lab samples ship in about two weeks from your brief. With a library formula and stock packaging, finished products reach you in about 10 weeks. A custom formula takes 12 to 16 weeks, and reorders 4 to 6 weeks.
