Claims to plan early
Dandruff and hair-loss claims are regulated. In the US, anti-dandruff and hair-regrowth products are over-the-counter drugs, and in Korea hair-loss care is a registered functional cosmetic. We keep claims cosmetic unless you plan a registered route.

Timeline
Lab samples take about 2 weeks to make from your brief, then 5 to 10 days by air. After you approve the sample, production takes about 4 to 5 weeks with a ready or adjusted formula, or 4 to 6 weeks with a custom formula. Reorders are faster than the first run.
